    3 position snatch – 135#

    Yesterdays – 21-15-9 of Front Squats/burpees/pullups – 5:37

    Tony at 6:30 officially entered beast mode this morning. 4th week doing CF, first muscle up this morning shortly followed by stringing 4 together. Then deadlifted 405#. Nice work!

    Today’s WOD “Jerry”

    RX’d at 26:10

    Did that sucker back on March 14th, running 800’s instead of the mile in 21:07. I’ll take that time with the miles!!

    Then did last Friday’s WOD of
    5 rds for time:
    25 push press 75#
    50 Double unders

    Not RX’d because I did single’s

    30 Muscle-Ups for time- 7:31
    Previous times:
    12:13 on 1/31/12 (first 30 MUs of “Tyler” time)
    16:32 on 7/20/11
    33:02 on 5/12/11 (first time and finished 30 after 20 min AMRAP of running and MUs)
    Also started today with 7 in a row, that’s a PR by one also 🙂

    Hotel WOD’s
    100 sit-ups for time: 4:57
    100 push-ups for time: 2:22
    then..
    walked over to a YMCA..
    Deadlifts 5×5. last set 325 5x and it felt easy.
