      Thanks! You have no idea how much better that went today than previous attempts! The last WOD w/ 45 pullups & 45 back extensions took me 18 minutes! The back extensions took all of 90 seconds during that workout … so that’s a lot of time struggling to get pull ups. Happy with today’s time of 14:39 RX’D!

      and bonus: I didn’t tear my hands!! another first 🙂

    My happy moment for the weekend was finishing the mini-flight simulator. Bobby suggested a few months ago I do it as part of my work on doubleunders. It’s 5-10-15-20-25-30-25-20-15-10-5 of consecutive double unders. Took me 16:05, but I don’t care because I’ve tried doing this wod 3 or 4 times in the past few months and can never get it. My last attempt I quit at 20 minutes because I couldn’t get past the first set of 25’s. So yay, pink jump rope:)
