    20 min amrap – 5 c2b pullups, 5 ring dips, 15 air squats = 22rnds + 5 c2b’s. Body weight workouts! Yeah!

    Did last Friday’s WOD of

    3rds for time:
    50 Double Unders
    40 Sit-ups
    30 Med Ball Cleans
    20 Pull ups
    10 HSPU’s

    Took me FOURTY-SIX MINUTES AND 10 SECONDS!!! WHAT???

    I told myself I wasn’t stopping until I did all 150 double unders. So I didn’t. First time I have ever done all the double unders in a WOD.

    Pull-ups slowed me down a bit too.

    Mod 35# strict dumbbell press for HSPU’s too.

    Killed me.
