    blaming the poor performance on the pitchers of beer before, during and after sand volleyball last night.

      Yesterday’s Outlaw programming. Changed the weight on “BIG Chief” to 185….so I did “Kinda Big Chief” with a total of 318 reps.

    Some squat snatches, back squats then a fun little diddy I made up with Tony:
    4 rounds:
    Run 400m
    12 alternating KB snatch (6 total each arm) 1.5 pood
    Rest 2 mins

    A good burner. My hips and legs are fried.

    Today’s WOD 15 +5 . My upper body was suffering from “Grace” night before. Hands are ripped open. Buying salt in bulk at Sam’s Club.

    Today’s WOD 14 rounds plus 8 squats dips with red band (I hate dips!)

    then row 1000m – 5:00 even!

    13 rounds + 8 squats. Dips with little purple band… I liked this one!

    12 rds + 2 pull-ups

    Did C2B with red bands, first time actually doing them in a WOD
    Dips with purple band

    I was shooting for 15 rounds, so a little disappointed, but on to the next.
