    One week in and some “cool” achievements already on the “Cool Board”!

    Monday Night – did John Birfffday WOD – 14:17 – It was a good one. Happy (belated) Bday buddy!

    Today I did the Hang power snatch and Double Under WOD – 12:45

    both skills need a lot of work obviously.

    3 rounds of: 500 m row, 20 wallballs (20#), and 20 kb swings (53#): 11:57.

        If I have learned one thing from my 2 years of crossfit, if it looks easy on paper it tends to be very very painful and challenging. And yet, I still fall into this trap quite frequently 🙂

    did “whitten” today…well so i thought..
    22 KB; 2 POOD
    22 box jum; 24in box
    400m run
    22 burpees
    22 wall balls; 20#

    Rd 4..Big Lance walks over and says..”Hey looks like you are doing Whitten. did you forget the burpees?”

    crap. bubble burst. another reason hero workouts are for heros..

    still took 39:02. good cardio/calorie burner.
