    Today’s WOD: 5×5 Shoulder Press (95#, 95#, 105#, 105#, 115#).

    4 rds of: 10 dumbbell snatches (55#) and shuttle run. 4:06.

      Someday Seth, someday. But for now its just me holding a significant amount of weight in the rack position for a photo-op

    WCCF again today
    2-2-2-2-2 hurdle hops 3 min rest in between each set 30′ hurdle was the tallest set, not sure about the others.

    5-4-3-2-1 front squat 2 min rest in between each set.
    105, 125, 140, 160, 175

    21,18,15,12……walking lunges & sit ups rx’d 4:00

    65, 75, 85, 90(0), 75

    started to do 85 again but figured Id try 90 and it was a no-go, then dropped down to 75.

    then did 3rds 21 wallballs & 21 ttb – 15:??

    Shoulder Press: 65-75-85-95-105(1, 5# PR!)

    Did the DB snatch workout (w 70# DB) over the weekend and got 2 full rounds in the 10:00 regional time cap…goal for regionals is to finish it!
