    Diane: 7:53 middle weight @ 105. Always impresses me to see those of you who can do these heavy weight wods…someday;)

    Diane, rx’d: 9:32 (previous best in October was 13+).

    Diane: 14:09 155# DL, kipping double ab mat HSPU

    Then worked on pistols with Shelley (aka G.I.Jane) and got my first unassisted pistols on both legs!

    125lb deadlifts
    1 arm pushups from my knees (hence G.I. Jane)

    Then 100 pistols (alternating legs) – 7:39
