      And “shower” does NOT mean bring gifts!!! Just be ready to workout (with some extra weight) and eat afterwards 🙂

    Yesterday’s WOD (Run/CNJ @ 75#): 3 rounds + 7 CNJ. Goal was 3 solid rounds … First round went great, so I upped it to 4. Ha! Subsequent runs were much slower than the first!

    Last night: Barbell Complex 4×1 of Hang Power Clean – Hang Squat Clean – Push Jerk @ 170# (45 second rest between sets)

    …then – AMRAP 15: Run 400m and 15 C&J & 115# – 4 full rounds and about 250 m of the run.

    This morning: 280# back squat (5# PR), should have gotten 285#…failed on a few reps that I should have got 🙁 I really want 300# by the end of summer. Finally feel like I am getting my body in the position I want it to be in on squats. Only took 2 years of Crossfit for my body to start figuring it out! Thanks 10+ years of distance running and horrible flexibility/mobility!
