    Today’s WOD, rx’d: 3 rds + 350 m.

    todays wod – w/ 85lbs 2 rds +400m+7 c&j’s
    not happy w/ lack of run speed but happy to use 85lbs for that many c&j’s first wod w/ c&js was last week for 1 rep max

    Today’s WOD RX’d –

    3 complete 400m runs + 10 C&J

    Then…

    A super light “JJ” to work on squat cleans, since there seems to be some type of metal barrier between me and them.

    Push ups off the box as well

    Watched Ash gut out JJ as RX’d. Brutal WOD. Dude definitely left it all in the gym this morning. Full passion bucket.

    Last night did Lance’s B-Day WOD – 8:11

    I did however, only out of great respect for Lance and maybe only slightly because I am easily confused during workouts, do a fourth round of LGB. So, my 4 round time for LGB was…. 11:17

    This morning I did more Outlaw programming…barbells and snatches and blah blah blah…I don’t even have the energy to try to think about what it was exactly.

    Today’s wod rx’d = 3 rounds + 7 clean and jerks. I was not feeling it today and now realize why…..cheesecake. I polished off half of it last night, couldn’t sleep and felt tired this morning. Being on a low sugar diet and then hitting the extreme opposite does not do fun things to the body. I guess I learned my lesson…..until next time!

    I really liked this one and the weather was perfect to run outside! Great night at 515!
