    No snatches for this kid yet, but the shoulder is feeling great lately so thats encouraging.

    Deadlift started at 105 and worked up to 225 which is a 5# PR!!!!

    Then…

    Surprise – 7 Rds + 6 reps

    Power Snatch Max = 120 lbs then Suprise at 95 lbs = 10 rnds + 4 reps

    Just learning snatches – 4 x65lbs, 3x 75lbs..

    then, did 5 butterfly pullups!!! 2 weeks left to meet April goal of 10 butterflies!

    Snatches: worked up to 125#. I failed at 135 several times. I’m disappointed in myself because I was able to get 135# for the Open….poor mojo today.

    For the surpise wod, I did 7 rds + 5 reps at 115#.

    Snatch – 190# (5# PR)
    Should have gotten 200#, did some REALLY heavy pass-thru’s in the bottom of an overhead squat this morning……you are mine 200# snatch!!!

    Then……..

    Surprise as Rx’d – 9 rounds + 5 (thanks pit crew, aka Todd :))

    Snatches: no PR for me today. 🙁 Ended up matching my previous 1RM of 90# only this one was uglier! I think I jumped up too fast in weight. This lift is hard and I should have put more solid ones in the bank before pushing it.

    Death by … @ 75#: 6 rds + 6 with a couple of failed attempts in there … I was toast.
