5 Deadlift (225/155) (155/105) (105/75)
18 Toes-to-bar (hanging knees raises) (leg raises)
5 Push jerk (165/115) (115/75) (75/45)
18 Hand-release push-ups (from knees)

    Pheezy rx’d (not hand release on the push ups though) — 22:50. Was just trying to stay ahead of my mom 🙂

      That really wasn’t too hard to do today. That said, you still are impressive.
      Pheezy as rx’d – 26:10 Had to break up the push jerks into 2 sets each round but at least I didn’t have to do them one at a time. I’m ready for a WOD with a little lighter weights.

    Last night did “Pheezy” Rx’d at B-Fit in St. Joseph, MO – 9:23

    Then ran a 5k in the pouring rain for a charity event this morning – 19:02

    Pheezy – As RXd – 16:53. Really good workout and the things I thought would be easy (Pullups, T2B) fell apart quickly. My hip flexors are shot from the 100 Knees to Elbows, 100 reverse hypers, 105 burpees and 54 T2B from the last two days of WODs.

    14:15. toes to bar..no. quickly turned in to knees to chest. push-ups were tough. think my hands are starting to split.
