    Thrusters: worked up to 2 reps @120#.
    Then……
    Barbara: rx’d 40:54. If anyone has any tips on how to get better at pushups, I will gladly take them!!!! Everything else was unbroken. Thank you mindy, Michelle, Justin for the encouragement and counting on the last round!!!! 🙂 it was much appreciated and kept me moving quicker than I prob would have.

    Thrusters – 135 – 155 – 165 – 185 – 195 – 205(1) – 205(1)

    Max is 210, just couldn’t get 205 more than once and control it.

    Mystery WOD – 3:48 – went head to head with sis, that was fun!

    Thruster 7×3: 65-85-105-125-135-145(1)-145(f)

    10 rounds: 3 unbroken muscle-ups & 3 unbroken strict HSPUs
    I made it thru 4 rounds doing 3 of each and then did the last 6 rounds at 2 of each. My time was right around 16 min I think.
