    Todd’s WOD from HELL
    2 rnds
    3 rope climbs
    26 Deadlifts (Bodyweight = 185)
    19 TTB
    64 DUs

    This was my first WOD done as rxd with DUs. Started with linking 2 together and got up to 7 connected which a new best for me so I am really happy I made myself do them. Still a killer WOD.

    Did some skill work today

    4 rds

    10 muscle up progressions
    10 dips red band
    10 double unders.

    I think I strung 2 or 3 double unders together in there some where.

    12.3 wod 6rds +29 had to use a 15inc box, 20scared me 🙁

    OHS 5×3: 65-85-95-105-115(2,f)-115 x 3! 20# PR 🙂 I was feeling good this morning, the 95s felt solid and gave me confidence. I’m so glad I went for it – great start to the day!

    2K Row – 6:47 then stunk up some GHD’s. I think one of my ribs is revolting from the pack. Hurts!
