    Today’s WOD – 23:32

    Down to just purple band pull-ups. Next WOD we have that doesn’t call for a bajillion pull-up reps, I should be able to get it without a band.

    Did purple and red band for chest to bar.

    Feet on box HSPU.

    Felt a little pukie after this one! Thanks Bobby for pushing me through the final 25 burpees, did those quicker than I have ever done 25.

    I love these HERO WOD’s. I have a large military presence in my family. Makes me proud to get through one of these in honor of a HERO.

    Todays Life Lessons:
    1. Lay off the cookies cause extra pounds means extra hard pullups
    2. Avoid pregnancy cause carrying a 14 lb ball in front of your stomach while you run, is uncomfortable to say the least;) Lindsay, I have a new respect for you!
