    Yesterday – had some Tabata Kettlebell fun
    Tabata KB Squats 2pood – Started at 12 ended at 7
    Rest 1 minute
    Tabata KB Swings 2pood – Started at 10 ended at 7
    Rest 1 minute
    Tabata Toes to Bar – Started at 7 ended at 4.

    This was a tough one!

      Amazing! Like I said before, I’m thinking the team should start hoping for a heavy back squat and kb swing wod at regionals…Lance and Michelle would kill it 🙂

    Lower back is almost normal. Still some pain getting in the car mornings.

      I know we’re all anxious to see our prgeorss so any help you need, I’m in Kaye! Today was an incredible wod and really did amaze myself with my dead-lift RM crazy I can lift over my weight already! Shannon and you are at the top of the class with 175+ unreal can hardly wait to see everyone’s next bench mark. I’ll see you Sunday for more fun and if I can hack FRAN!!

    Thanks to Mindy for working as hard as she did at a HEAVY weight, made me not feel sorry for myself going a little heavier 🙂
