    12.5 redo – 106 reps. 1 better than Thursday, still 2 reps shy of goal. That’s okay though, I’ll take it 🙂 Thanks for the support and encouragement everyone!!!! 🙂 Well done to all of 515 for their accomplishments during the 2012 open!!!!

    D.T. – 11:22 PR. 1st time Rx’d got 17:20 in July of last year. Slowly trying to make myself enjoy the barbell.

    Another nice day, so I decided on another backyard/neighborhood WOD. Deck of Cards, or as I’m going to call it, Deck of what the hell was I thinking??

    Deck of Cards (Core Variation)
    Take a deck of cards, shuffle. Face cards
    are 10, Aces are 11, numbered cards as
    valued. Flip each card and perform the
    movement and the number of reps specified.
    Cycle whole deck.
    Hearts – burpees – 95
    Diamonds – mountain climbers (4ct) 95×4
    Spades – flutter-kicks(4ct) 95×4
    Clubs – situps 95
    Jokers Run 400m = 800m total

    52:38…..WHAT??

    Next time I say nice easy backyard WOD, remind me not to do this one. Sheesh.

    No cf for me this morning (Sunday.) Gotta work inside all day:(
    So I went to spinning this morning instead. I haven’t been since I started cf last June and it just amazes me how much stronger and better I am at this! Another true story about how cf REALLY works!
