*Up as high as you can go in the time limit

    I’m done with the open. I feel ok about my overall scores based on the fact I only did the WOD’s ONCE and pretty much drank beer every night!

    Feel pretty good about this one because I got to my goal. But I am still not sure if I will be redoing it or not. Thanks for the cheers again everybody! And awesome job to everybody who did it at noon especially Erica and Leanne who had never done C2B pull ups and killed it!

    Open 12.5: 27 reps. Walked in this morning having no idea if I could get my chest to the bar – I have yet to do a pullup WOP w/out a band – and thought I might have to put up a 3. So every rep after 4 was just fun… 🙂

    12.5 rx’d – 111 reps. my goal was 115. i think i’m done, though. i’ll take it. that “fran pain” is not worth doing this one again. hand ripped too. loved that. bloody bar!

    12.5 – 105 Reps….3 reps shy of my goal though 20 rep PR from last year. 🙂 I will likely do this again in an attempt to meet a personal goal this year.
