*Teams of 4 (Ideally 2 Guys & 2 Gals)
*Exercises in BLUE = only 1 person working at a time, everyone must make at least 1 attempt per rotation
*Must complete each task in order before moving on to next exercise
For Time:
1. Â 80 Feet Handstand Walk (As soon as anyone finishes they can return to help hold teammates feet)
2. Â 12 Rope Climbs
3. Â 12 Clean & Jerks (weight = HEAVY)
4. Â 120 Toes-to-Bar
5. Â 80 Feet Overhead Walking Lunge with Plate
6. Â 800 Passes of Jump Rope Under Feet (Must rotate as soon as you miss)
7. Â 400m Buddy Carry 🙂

I think they are finally starting to click in my brain though.
I did Sunday’s WOD, 5 rds of 500 m row, 20 ghds, and 2 rope climbs as rx’d. I have no idea what my time is. I looked at it before I left…and it’s gone.

No I actually tore my labrum and will probably have to get surgery on it. I figured if there going to cut me open I might as well get some PRs before they do it:)
