TEAM WOD

*Break Up in to teams of 3 or 4
*Only 1 person working at a time on RC’s and BBJ’s
*Must stay in the same rotation, and each teammate must at least make an attempt during each rotation
*Cannot start a movement until the entire team is at the equipment

For Time:
20 Tire Flips (each teammate must pass accross the tire each flip)
20 Rope Climbs (3 Progressions)
Bear Crawl 80 Feet/Crab Walk back 80 Feet
100 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20) (20/12) (12/8)
Run 2 Laps around the building (each team must carry a small and a large sand bag)

–  Annette – Double Digit Double Unders
–  John – Handstand Walk 12 Feet
–  Mindy – 100# Snatch
–  Billy – 165# Snatch
–  Ann – 1st Rope Climb
–  Michelle – 50 Consecutive Double Unders

–  Brett – 67 Consecutive Double Unders
–  Adam L. – 20 Consecutive Double Unders

    Re-did 12.3: 10 rds plus 27 reps (387 total reps) which is
    19 reps better.

    Have to give shout out to maverick cf! We are lucky to have found a box similar to 515 in terms of people, support, atmosphere, and equipment. 🙂

    Open WOD 12.3 – 11 rounds + 9 PP = 420 reps

    Was thinking about re-doing 12.3, then I ran 8 miles today. Feet and calves already on fire. Now I’m not so sure.
