Open WOD 12.3: 3 rounds. 🙁 The first round was fun! Then, the T2B got me… the wheels came off in a big way. I actually like doing them, but my grip is a weakness and I wasn’t able to string together reps after the first round. It was ugly. I’d like to try this one again, we’ll see how my hands feel. I am currently trying to work up the nerve to put salt on them.
Thanks for the encouragement and coaching today! I knew these open workouts were really going to challenge me – which is a good thing. I am actually grateful it wasn’t something like HSPU’s which might have left me with less than 1 full round 🙂

Open WOD 12.3: 4 rds + 25 reps. I had a bigger goal in mind, but, in all honesty, it’s about what I could do. The push presses got heavy for me and really slowed me down.
It was great to share the pain with Meghan and Leann.
And it was equally great to watch Ash and Billy do the WOD. Awesome job guys!

Yes! Great job to both of you! And Todd I DO owe you new wraps. Thanks for letting me try them out. I think they were just too big and my box wasn’t tall enough for me to situate my hands where I felt like I had a good grip on the bar.
No need for wraps. It’s like we’re blood brother and sister now. It gives my wraps some color.
Did Bobby’s “Yeah we got an 88lb KB” workout. 21-15-9 88lb KB swings then pull the sled by rope the distance of the rope with 115lbs on top of the sled… 4:15

Yesterday did 12.3: 348 reps.
Not completely thrilled about my score but not sure if I am complacent enough to go through that again. 16 hours later and my body still feels horrible. GREAT Crossfit workout tho!
