15 Box jumps (24/20) (20/12) (12/8)
Push press, 12 reps (115/75) (75/55) (55/35)
9 Toes-to-bar (Hanging Knee Raises) (Leg Raises)

    12.3 — 8 rounds + 3 reps

    I think this will be a good workout for 515! Awesome job this morning, Mindy and Michelle! Would have been fun to see you girls go head to head 🙂

    12.3 @ maverick crossfit in Melbourne, fl.
    10 rds + 8 box jumps (368 total reps)
    T2B got pretty tough once kipping fell apart.

    12.3 rx’d. 8 rds plus 18 reps. immediately i felt like i most definitely did not want to do this one again. i’m not so sure anymore. i think i can get more toes 2 bar strung together. this, to me, was a classic crossfit workout. loved it!
