I gotta say NAY on her last set, 1st couple they showed were barely below parallel though
Was wondering why you posted that. Questionable at best. I say NAY at the end.
Maybe the guy thought he could make up for her by getting butt to ankles on his.

I say NAY on pretty much all of her reps. Especially the last set. Homeboy with the house on his back was getting much more ROM than she was.

Today’s WOD, rx’d: 8:13. For some reason, my elbows are a little sketchy. More squats please!

I liked this one, short and intense…
Today’s WOD (Blue): 17:00. Gradually increased the kipping pullups from 2 in the first round to doing all 10 (one at a time, of course!) in the 5th long after everyone else was gone.
I seemed to have gotten myself to a point where I struggle with the band and without. I hope this is a temporary situation… and I REALLY hope there are no pullups in tomorrow’s OPEN workout, my shoulders need a rest.
Goal is without 🙂
But, like everything scaled (including how heavy the weight), I think there is a balance between being able to continue workload and needing to rest (resting being my strong point).
