    MOVING THIS WEEKEND!!! Here is the schedule:
    Friday 3/2 – No evening class, we will be starting to tear things down
    Saturday 3/3 – No class, but at 8:30 am – anyone interested in helping move, please come to the current space. We will load everything up and head over to the new space. We will then be grilling out there.
    Sunday 3/4 – No class
    Monday 3/5 – First day in new space!

    Thanks to everyone already for all the help and support throughout this process. We appreciate everyone’s continued patience and look forward to this fun weekend 🙂

    Also, for anyone competing in the Open, please plan on getting your workout done by noon class on Friday, since we will be closed and moving this weekend, and unsure of the timing of getting everything set up to be able to work out again. Talk to Bobby or me if you have any concerns about this and we will do our best to find a good solution. And of course, good luck 😉

    rx’d at 15:58. I had a long weekend of bad sleep, food, and drink. this wod was not pretty for me. felt sluggish the whole time. i would really like to take this on again. felt like i had big heavy steel-toed boots on the entire time. excuses are fun!

    congrats to all those that did 12.2 for a second time and killed it at the new place! unbelievable athletes in this gym.

    not gonna lie, I didn’t like this one .lolDan 4 rounds 8D/U’s ( Couldn’t do a doblue under to save my life after burpees)Paul 4 rounds 4 burpees( did single unders)
