    Angie: 35 something She is a Nasty GIRL. Goal for the rest of the day: Perpetual movement. Stopping may result in rigor mortis a.k.a “stiffness of death”.

    Angie, rx’d: 19:48. I thought I had entered this on Beyond the Whiteboard. I was wrong. I’m pretty sure I destroyed my past time. And, right now, I’m typing this with my toes because my shoulders are dead.

    Angie – 31:44

    Green and Red band assisted pull ups.
    I was able to get 60 push ups out without going to my knees. That is by far my most ever.
    Rest of workout as RX’d

    I really need to work on upper body strength. I am also disappointed with my effort today, and over the weekend with my diet. I crashed off it kinda hard and it showed. I will make up for my effort tomorrow for sure.

    Angie…a very nasty girl and a few other colorful words…

    Rx’d – 21:03, shoulders smoked! It took me 15 min to do the first 200 reps and 6 min to do the last 200 reps. Strengths vs weakness.

    Great effort from Annette and Jodi this morning, way to knock it out.

    Angie rx’d except 50 toes through rings instead of sit ups – 29:56. Pull ups have gotten HARD – took me almost 11 minutes.

    I don’t think the 77 C2B pullups on Saturday or the rock climbing yesterday did me any favors in this one…knew it was gonna be rough when my forearms were smoked at only 20 pullups into it!

    Only 2 days until the Open starts…any guesses on what the first workout will be?!?!?
