    Travis’ Birffday WOD- 33:37 …I ramped it up a little and used 115# and did C2B pullups. Was a great chance for me to work on some of those things. After I got done, was thinking I should have done no-foot rope climbs too, haha. I didn’t do my penalty points, but Fred said he’d excuse me of them this time 😉 Happy bday again, Travis!

      awesome honor to have this completed by you using Mens weight and doing C2B pullups….amazing are you on the BuckShark or what????
