    Today’s WOD as rx’d: 24:something, I think? I thought I was getting better at double-unders. NOT. Rounds 5,6 & 7 were pretty ugly and took me a long time 1, maybe 2 at a time, and really wore me out. I probably should have just done singles b/c I really liked the rest of this workout… I just can’t help myself, if I see it’s a workout I could do Rx, I want to try.

    Thanks for the tips today Mindy, I’ll keep working on them!

      Annette, let’s say you did singles instead of double unders. You’d be kicking yourself for not going for the double unders. The beauty is in the attempt and perserverance. Good job.

      I’m glad I checked back in — thanks for the encouragement guys! You are, of course, right. I wrote that this morning when my body was seizing up from head to toe basically screaming at me, “What did you do??”

      I’m feeling much better now and am glad I went for it. 🙂

    Today’s wod, rx’d: 16:55. Felt good. Only one round where I didn’t get all 20 double unders unbroken.

    Kudos to Ash today on his 8 round wod!

    295×1 (20 lb pr)
    300×1
    Then Open WOD 11.6 (thrusters/chest to bar 7 min amrap): 105 reps.
    One of those days where I REALLY did not want to get up and go into the gym. Snoozed my alarm a bunch and barely made it….and then I’m so happy that I went….

    I had 8 rounds in my head for some reason…I’m an idiot.
    Finally got all my DU’s unbroken in a WOD.

    Felt good on this one, first few rounds of DUs were a little shaky but then found the rhythm. The last four rounds were all unbroken.
