    I was ready to order my wraps from Rage Fitness and save a couple of bucks, but the shipping is ridiculous! I ended up ordering from Again Faster.

    2011 Crossfit Sectional WOD 11.4 – 1 Rd + 17 BFB’s

    I spaz’d out on this one…should of done better. But it’s good to get that out of my system I guess.

    5 rds plus 11 snatches.
    Improvement from last year but still need to cut out those failed double under reps. So much wasted time.

    Last year I got 5 rds plus 26 double unders.
