Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
60 Bar-facing burpees (60 Burpees) (30 Burpees)
Overhead squat, 30 reps (120/90) (90/75) (45/35)
10 Muscle-ups (30 PUs/30 Dips) (30 PUs/30 Dips – both with Band)

    Open 11.4 WOD Rx’d – 67 reps

    Felt good about doing the Rx’d weight on OHS.
    OHS are definitely a weak point for me.

    Yesterday’s WOD – 25:52. Lots O’ back spasms. Twas no good. Really looking forward to redoing this open wod. I think it should go a lot smoother than last year.

    Yesterday’s WOD – 27:11 (Used 135# for thrusters)
    Excuse list:
    – Run was cold
    – Weight was heavy
    – Back was tired still
    – Knee was tweaky

      5 Bench Press (205#)
      Time – about 8 minutes (basically same time as when I did this with 185 about 6 months ago)

      Max Muscle Ups – 14 (and yes I failed on the 15 DIP :()

    Crossfit Open 11.4 WOD

    60 face to bar burpees
    Did 65# for OHS…working on form.
    Made it through 10 Green band assisted pullups to run out the 10 min
    Did 10 Green band assisted dips after.

    I’m [] <—-that close to making a full unassisted pull up.

    I'm down 17 pounds in exactly 1 month of Crossfit.

    Life is good. Thanks to my 0730 crew for pushing me and helping me change my life!!

    Yesterday’s WOD: 29:07 (I believe.) 135#
    Glad to do it with you Bobby!
    Excuse list:
    -Bobby was wearing leopard mittens!
    -being hefty makes 135 lighter
    -man it was hot and humid
    -muscle-ups are weak anyway

    CrossFit Games Open 11.4 – 128 reps. 14 better than last year and I think if I did it for a second time I could get a few more. Considering I was out for 4 months with a torn hamstring shortly after last years Games and am able to come back and still do better speaks volumes to how much CrossFit works. If I was drinking the koolaid before, I’m bathing in the damn stuff now. A great group of people at 515 which just adds to excitement of working out and pushing your body to the limit.

    Last time I got 69. Did it again today and got 95 reps. Pretty happy with the PR!
