    Yesterday: Scaled down version of Bob Dawg’s WOD (programmed by Z-Train)
    AMRAP 18:
    4 push press (115#)
    6 OH Squats, must squat snatch first rep (115#)
    18 GHDs

    Push press was easy, but the GHDs rocked my hip flexors and made the snatches and OH squats pretty rough. Not sure if he posted it but Bobbert did this with 165# on the bar. Somebody is ready for the Open. Two weeks left to sign up 515! It is F-U-N

    Did the WOD as prescribed other than I rowed rather than run.

    33:56 was the time.

    This particular workout killed me…but in a good way.

    Today’s WOD Scaled to 3 rds / 45# / Easy Row: 15:03. Coming off the DL – felt good to move!

    Did max consecutive pull-ups today – 47

    Then

    Max jump box – got 55” – I stuck the first one better than the one we got on tape.

    Then

    Bobby’s old Birthday WOD – 22 Muscle-Ups and 22 Back Squats at 225# – 13:38
    MU’s may not have been the best choice following max pull-ups.

    Today’s wod with 75 lb squat clean thruster and double unders – 20:55. Been sick for a week so this was a good sweat the junk out of your system wod.
