    400m Row here
    RX’d the Deadlifts <— Mildly shocked yet pleasantly surprised I was able to do 185# for all 5 rounds.

    22:22 was my time.

    Today’s WOD Rx’d (Run): 16:23

    The deadlifts got heavy and caught up to me in the 4th round. Lower back was extremely tight on the runs.

    I was feeling pretty good that I did this WOD unbroken; until I considered that Bobby beat my time with 225# on the bar!

    With how tense my back muscles were, I assumed people could play ping pong on my back.
    Pretty excited, these past couple of weeks I have been doing more and more WODS prescribed!! 😀

    Something I learned today…real pushups are HARD! And mine were embarrassing in this workout (theres even video evidence). Thanks to the great coaching tips I got today though there is only room for improvement:)
