    Sunday’s WOD as Rx’d – 4rds plus 3 PP.

    Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
    135 pound Push press, 7 reps
    135 pound Overhead squat, 10 reps
    15 GHD Sit-ups

    225 is a 10# PR! I’ve been waiting to get over that hump…I can finally build strength now that my knee is strong…thanks again for fixing me Lance!
