15 GHD Sit-ups (Ab-Mat Sit-Ups)

    I had truly thought I had found my calling with CrossFit, but that was before I truly understood what ZUMBA was! I think we all know what I was really put on this earth to do, it’s been nice knowing everyone though 🙂

    P.S. In case you can’t already tell I am pretty sure Ash is in the second row back right

      But seriously Ash, I want to come to one of your wife’s classes, I feel like things would go a lot smoother if I was extremely intoxicated though

        I’ve been to his wife’s Zumba class, definatley fill your water bottle with alcohol. Then at least you’ll THINK you look good;)

        Although I don’t deny the uncanny resemblance between my dance moves and the old Asian man in the back row; I’m more concerned that (base on the posting time) you appear to be spending your Saturday nights watching videos of MEN girating! 🙂
