    Yesterday: 7 rounds: 7 front squats – 7 Chest 2 Bar – rx’d 10:57. Front squats got way heavier than anticipated. woof

      Very good article! I gulped at this line: “…Been Crossfitting for a couple years and still can’t do overhead squats?”

      I was thinking, “Has he been to 515 and seen my overhead squats?”

        On the positive side, he would also have seen you working on your weaknesses, not avoiding them. Some of us are just slow learners (hence my struggle still with DUs)

    Today’s WOD running 21:50. Somewhere in there I began thinking it was 10 rounds and half way through my 9th round realized it was only 8. So my extra for the day was 400m. Also, realized it was easier to to run right vs. left (wind related) after my 7th round. So did rounds 8 and 9 that way.
