    Probably one of the most inspiring things I have ever experienced! This girl is incredible! No way I am ever going to complain about a workout, or come up with an excuse of why I can’t do something. This is another reason I am in love with CrossFit.

      nice work!! I’m guessing had you been in the competition with this wod competing side by side the others, you’d have pushed and gotten the 1 second to tie for 2nd or more likely, you’d get the 4 seconds needed to take 1st! 🙂
