      Not sure what year it was made, but I was just googling Travis Parton and it was the first thing that came up 🙂 hahahaha

        good one… I love it, believe it or not this was the same song they played on Top Gun when they too were playing beach volley ball.

    Rx- 14:56–I think. Goal is to concentrate on doing more sets unbroken (in general, not just this workout)

    Today’s WOD as Rx’d – 13:28

    I tried to make sure I locked out at the top of my push-up and to tap my chest on the ground with each one – sure seemed to make the push-ups suck even more.

    Did the three workouts that Lindsay made up for the New Years Eve Throwdown last weekend with Lance. Great workouts, I’m spent! Thanks much to everyone for cheering us on and especially Meghan, Michelle and Mindy for counting and setting us all the equiptment for us!!

    Power cleans:
    185×5, 205×3, 225×3, 235×3, 245×3.
    D.L./pushup wod: Did first 2 1/2 rounds with 10 reps of each instead of 15 like an idiot. Then did 2 1/2 rounds at 20 reps to make up for it….8:49.
