    Then did WODClub Open WOD 1

    ‘Cindy was a nice Girl’.

    10 Min AMRAP Every Rep Counts
    Buy in:
    50 KB swings (53#)

    Then do rounds of:
    5 Chest to Bar Pull Ups (Masters Standard Pull Ups)
    10 Hand Release Push Ups
    15 Front Squats (115#)

    Score is total reps of all movements.

    Score – 239 reps……ouch

    Did the same WOD as Bobby and Bart: 50 KB Swing buy in with 10 minute AMRAP of 5 Chest to Bars, 10 Hand release PU’s, and 15 FS’s at 115# – 202 reps
