    Anyone that wants to do the runs with a barbell can, but there is no dropping or even setting the bars down outside

    “Dae Han” 29:01 with 35 pound barbell and 65# thrusters. This one is way harder than it looks! Great to finish 2011 with a Hero WOD!

    Awesome job today Bobby, Bart, and Travis on the NYE Throw-down!!! It was super impressive to watch, you guys are ANIMALS! And Z props to you for coming up with the workouts!

    Dae Han rx’d – 32:42. I am not good at running with a barbell – Yikes. Good to end the year with 3 hero wods! Much needed rest day tomorrow. Happy new year, everyone!

    Dae Han: RX’d 28:25 (with 35# barbell on run (which made the run the hardest part today and gave me some fresh shoulder bruises) . Agree with Z and looking for a much needed rest day tomorrow
