Dumbbell Deadlift, 5 reps (75/50) (50/35) (35/20)
Push-press, 8 reps (135/95) (95/65) (65/45)

Aryan Barto 14 rounds + 3 pull-up, Aja Barto 13 rounds + 5 press.

    Ricky (Scaled: 65#/ Pullup w/ band): 8 rounds + 10 pullups. Too light on the dumbbell deadlifts – I’m not sure what I was thinking – I only used 50# total weight so that was my break in this workout. Took extra help on the pullups as the workout progressed, too. I didn’t want to waste AMRAP minutes standing under the pullup bar. Can’t wait to be able to kip these on my own and leave the bands behind … getting closer every workout.

    Yesterday – Scaled Hidalgo – 21:09
    Run 1 mile
    Rest 1 minute
    20 squat cleans 95#
    20 box jumps – 24″
    20 Walking lunge 25#
    20 box jumps
    20 squat cleans
    Rest 1 minute
    Run 1 mile

    Slowly getting back into it as the chest is starting to feel better. I scaled it back and it still hurt pretty bad (the workout, not the chest 8)). Good work to everyone yesterday on this, especially those brave enough to tackle it RX + vest…wow!

    NYE Throwdown:
    After morning class tomorrow, Bobby and Bart (and anyone else that wants to) are going to do 3 workouts, made up by me 🙂
    They won’t know what each workout is until right before that wod. With rest time between, should be done with the 3 workouts in under 2 hours.
    Gonna be crrrrrrazy!
