    Tuesday’s wod: 9 D.L./6 hang power clean/3 OH squats rx’d:
    8:30.

    6×2 front squats
    85,105,115,125,135,140 (1)

    Then redid 50 weighted (20Lb vest) GHD sit ups – 2:13 (Since Bobby questioned my first time of 2:31 from a couple of weeks ago I was wanting to do this one again:)

    Did that MU, 100 PP, 1000M row. Shoulders and wrists are wondering why I hate them so much. Sucked at MU’s worse than b4.

    Tuesday’s WOD (55#): around 5:27. Then I worked on the hang power snatch some more with more weight for fun …. until I didn’t trust my arms not to drop the barbell on my head.
