    Did WOD for the 23rd: 10 muscle ups, 100 push presses at 75#, and 1000 m. row: 12:41.

    Yesterday’s 20 Min AMRAP of 18 Box Jumps, 15 TTB, and 12 Pull ups:

    9Rds + 11TTB…..Painful, very painful!

    I can tell my body is not used to this anymore. Legs are sore from 15 squats. 11:33 bummer.

    First time doing 24″ box jumps in 12 weeks and did nearly 180 of them so pretty stoked about that.

    Today’s wod with 85# – 7:57. I started with 95# and failed on the first snatch so decided it would defeat the purpose of the workout to struggle through it with horrible form 95# snatches.
