    CFT: 365/185/500=1050.
    Hit 365 on squat and it felt real light and moved real fast. Thought for sure I could hit 405 so jumped up. Came very close on 405 but failed, and I felt extremely deflated and didn’t want to lift the bar up so left at 365. Then Pr’d on deadlift and felt awesome. Even with the small squat # still a CFT PR (thanks to deadlift).

    I miss one day in the noon class and you guys end up doing “circle of death.” That will teach me. LOL. Awesome job guys! Can’t wait to give this one a go today.

    Today’s WOD 14:06 run,hand release push ups but did 65# power snatch then overhead squated it.

    Then worked on squat snatch and figured it out. Thanks for the help Jaimie and for now on I promise I will just listen to you when you tell me I can do something in a workout:)

    Yesterday’s workout – 3:57. I did everything unbroken with no rest in between movements. I guess I need to get my butt in gear and start moving the weight faster.

    Today’s WOD: 16:___ (?) snatches oh snatches…one day depth, one day flexibility, & somehow erase 3 left knee reconstructions…keep on truckin’

    today’s wod: RX’d – 28 something, maybe :08 or :48. Not too concerned about time after the push-ups were done. Had only ever squat snatched 95# once before so I was happy to get all 10 (though there quite a few fails in there).
