    Last CFT in May I totaled 835#, very happy with the results today. Thank you Crossfit515!!!

    CrossFit total: 295/130/345(pr) = 760.

    Crossfit Total: 355# (20# improvement) Not at 100% today … my back is still feeling last week’s deadlifts, so I didn’t push myself past my August deadlift of 175#.

    Frustrating because I know this total could be higher, but not today.

    10# PR’s on backsquat (135#) and shoulder press (65#) at least make me feel like I am making progress. The 65# press felt good, thought for sure I could lift more… nope.

    I like lifting days – looking forward to seeing this one again 🙂

    CFT – backsquat 165lb, shoulder press 70lb, deadlift 200lb = 435 lb
    Not a good day for deadlifts. Did 5 of them in a row last week at 205 but couldn’t even do 1 today:( Tied my old CFT.

    Deadlift-245# (felt weak on these definitely disappointed on max)
