    Bodyweight max 20 pull-ups!

    I was thrilled, I did 10 on Monday and my goal was 12 today thanks everyone for cheering me on 🙂

    Glad I was able to walk out in an upright position

    I am thrilled to be bootless!

    Deadlift 5×5 – 125,155,175,195,205 (old 1 rep PR) so gave 210 a go ….. it was very shaking but a new PR

    Then since I haven’t been able to do GHD’s, I thought the 50 20lb weight vest WOD sounded intriguing – 2:31 ….. I’m going to be hurting on Friday 🙁

    Chelsea, awesome job on the 195lb PR!

    Yesterday’s Dumbell Squat Snatch, TTB, GHD WOD – 9:15

    Got my first pukie on this one…just dry heaves, but if something would have come up it would’ve been on the gym floor. There was no time to get to the bathroom! TODAY I BEAT CROSSFIT!

    Never attempted a 5 rep max before…I guess thats a PR?

    Deadlift 5×5: 135, 155, 165, 165, 175. Then loaded up 200# and lifted it (just once) to cross off a December goal (1.5x BW) and a 15# PR. Fun. I <3 lifting days.

    5X5 DL: (actually ended up doing 7X5) 195, 215, 225, 230, 240, 245, 245. My previous 5 rep max was 230 so I was happy with this. 🙂
    Didn’t go for max reps on anything today. I planned to do the timed 500m row but when I was actually in the gym, I forgot about my plan. Oops!
