    Last night did – 20 min AMRAP of 400m Run and 21 DL’s at 155#
    7 rds. + 300m – It was a tough go running on the ice! Probably wasn’t a good idea.

    Today did Bench Press 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2 : Did 225 for all 10 sets.

    Today did Bench Press 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2 = 185, 205, 215, 225×6
    I had to take full advantage of the spotter on the last few sets.

    Filthy 50 Clothing wod 2 as rx’d – 41 reps. 80# felt way heavier than it should have. And I no longer love burpees – controlling myself down to the ground is SOOOO much harder than just flopping on my stomach!
