    Made up the Back Squat workout yesterday – 225, 245, 255, 265, 275 (1)

    I waited too long to do 275. But, this is really good for me since I haven’t been able to put any decent weight on a squat rack in a long time. Thanks to Lance my knee pain is gone and I think that 275 is a PR for me! That’s the most weight I’ve ever been able to squat besides on a guided squat machine!

    Barber (Scaled w/ 125# DL / 20″ / blue band): 27:30! Brutal. Lots of room for improvement here, I spent a lot of time sucking wind …

    Would like to do this one totally rx’d when I’m bootless
    I know……whine,whine,whine. Sure hope this boot comes off next week!
