    Today’s WOD, “Wood”, as rx’d: 18:28 I think…that’s close. I heard other people talking and I agree. It’s been a sore week! …putting on clothes is tough!

    And then the Rudolph challenge: 18 feet.

    I didn’t hate the burpee box jumps as much as I thought I would going in. The toughest part of this one was definitely the thrusters. Good thing the song playing said to “talk with your hips” and that reminded to drive the weight overhead from the bottom of my squat.

    Who picks these songs? During Monday’s WOD the classic line in the middle of all those pull*ups … “that that don’t kill me, can only make me stronger.”

    I probably don’t have either of those lyrics right… and can’t name the songs, either. But that’s what I heard!

    Wood Rx’d 13 something!
    I feel like I could’ve gone a little faster if it wasn’t for my dang pants… they didn’t want to stay up. Either I’m getting smaller.. or my pants are getting bigger.
    Cause: Crossfit
    Effect: Kylie’s pants no longer fit.

    “Wood as rx last night (no 400m run)” 14:26…I think…I blacked out for a while, that was intense! Really sucked while doing it but glad I did it.

    Wolf rx’d (20″ box) – 14:42. Amazing how much harder burpees are when you don’t just slam to the ground

    Body is wrecked and not feeling good … will take the rest of the week off and come in Monday, hopefully refreshed. Might stop by to cheer you guys on staurday morning but thats it. wood rx’d 14:26
