    started 3×5 with 95# and as I went up in weigh each round I got super frustrated when I couldn’t get my 2nd rep on 165# my goal was 200# so finally I said to Jaime, ” I really feel like I should be doing better with this 165# ” I was so relieved when she told me that it was 205# and not 165# that made much more sense. Ended up tho with 195#

    Back squat = 225, 235, 245, 255, 260. I could have done more.
    Row 500 = 1 min 43 sec. I could have gone faster.
    Santa = 30 lb vest. I could have gone heavier.

    Back squat – 155# (which, sadly, is a 5# PR for 3rm)
    Row – 1:46.3 … PR by almost 1 second. Woohoo! It helped having like 10 people around me yelling at me – thanks guys 🙂

    5min AMRAP 10kb swings (70lbs) and 20 double unders: 7 Rounds + 1

    Felt pretty good considering just getting over the flu.

    Went to the chiropractor today. Hopefully this helps. Hopefully. Feel like a complete bum, just don’t want to make this worse. Good news, I am certain my hamstring is fully healed. 😐

    Santa muscle up = 25lbs.. can go heavier.. arms tired from EVA

    Did shoulder press instead of backsquats since my boot doesn’t really allow me to squat – 70lbs (x2) …. 5lb PR

    500m row – 1:54.6. PR ( I guess I’m faster with one leg than two; strange)

    Back squat 85, 95, 105, 115, 125, 135 then had Jaimie check out my form I wasn’t getting low enough so I redid them and got back up to a legit 115 almost 125! Thanks for the help Jaimie:)

    Raced Ross on the 500 row (he crushed me) I got 1:52:2.
