    Coming up with CrossFit goals is hard for me now, so I just have one December goal … Actually, it’s an entire pregnancy goal: continue to be able to do a muscle up. 14 weeks and so far so good

    Black WOD as Rx’d – 6 rounds. Was 3/4 of the way up the rope when Bobby yelled ‘time’ but didn’t quite get it in.

    This morning I did 3 rounds, plus rope and wall balls, however my rounds were shortened by only going up the rope once each time. I was SUPER excited tho, because last time I did a WOD involving the rope, I did progressions…this time I made it up 5 times!
