    Today’s WOD (Scaled): 14:something… Took me forever! 145# DLs (intended to load up 155 grrrr…). Maybe for the best though, this WOD took me a long time.

    I like the HS marches a lot better than wall climbs! I actually had short bursts where I could get a rhythm going and string together 4 or 5, but mostly 1 and 2 at a time. Kept bending my elbows and falling over. 🙂

    I came home fired up and practiced handstands in my living room. A little dangerous! I didn’t break anything, but I think should keep my upside-down stuff at the gym! 🙂

    I was pretty excited about the handstand walking, couldn’t quite hang with dead lifts. Thanks Jaime for modifying with the GHD sit-ups for me. No idea what my time was, it was fun tho!
