    Today’s wod, 3 rounds 800 m run and 2 minute rest: 12:46.
    2 minute challenge, chest to overhead with 115#: 20.

    Today’s WOD – 15:56 Really wanted to do this one rowing but know that I should work on my weaknesses and running is pretty much at the top of that list so I sucked it up and ran 🙁

    Yesterday – Thrusters 7×1 – Worked up to 185# (tied PR) should have gotten 190# 🙁
